Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your doll to be perfectly happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for products in their original condition. Whether it's a change of heart or a manufacturing defect, our goal is to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, or choose a QR code option for a paperless drop-off at authorized carrier locations.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
